AIRGARD CWA/HPM/TIC Ambient Air Analyzer

AIRGARD® ambient air analyzer is an ultra-sensitive, FTIR-based gas analyzer designed to rapidly detect toxic gases, including:

  • Continuous Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA)
  • Hazardous Production Materials (HPM)
  • Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIC)
  • Siloxane analysis in Biogas

​​​​​​​AIRGARD® is capable of detecting parts per billion (ppb) levels of most CWAs and TICs below toxic, "Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health" (IDLH) levels within 20 seconds.

AIRGARD® ambient air analyzer is a self-contained, ultra-sensitive, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) based gas analyzer that rapidly detects toxic gases, including Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA), Hazardous Production Material (HPM), and Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIC). AIRGARD® analyzer has been tested against all ARFCAM threat listed gases, mixtures of threat agents and common interfering materials with no false positive alarms and greater than 97% detection. AIRGARD® analyzer has been thoroughly tested by the United States Department of Defense for sensitivity, specificity, response time, and immunity to false positive readings, to prevent unnecessary alarms, evacuations or interruptions of business.
